Questions about how it works
Why don't you show villas on your website?
Deliberately. Availability changes constantly, and a gallery of villas that are already booked for your dates only wastes your time. Our destination and collection pages describe places and styles of villa. Once we know your plans, we search for villas that are available and send you each one with full photos and details.
Is availability real-time?
No. We check availability with our villa partners for your dates, and confirm it with you before you make any commitment.
Does Ciao Villa own the villas?
No. Villas are owned and managed by third parties, and offered through our villa and travel partners. We help you find the right one and assist with the booking.
Who is my booking with?
Depending on the villa, your booking is made with, or through, the villa's provider. We'll explain who you're booking with, and their terms, before you commit.
Do I have to book after sending a request?
No. A trip request is simply the start of a conversation. There's no obligation to book.
What if nothing on the shortlist feels right?
Tell us why. That feedback is useful, and we'll refine the search: a different area, a different kind of villa, or a different balance of priorities.
