Ciao Villa helps travelers find private villas. When you send us a request, we search across villa partners available to us and suggest options that may suit your trip. We can then help you move a booking forward.

We do not own, operate or manage the villas we suggest. Villas are owned and managed by third parties and offered through villa suppliers and travel partners.

2. Bookings

Any booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the villa’s provider, which may include deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, security deposits, house rules and occupancy limits. We’ll share the applicable terms and tell you who you are booking with before you commit.

Sending a trip request does not create a booking or any obligation to book.

3. Rates, availability and descriptions

Availability is not shown in real time. Any rates, availability or property details we share are provided by our partners, are indicative until confirmed in writing at the time of booking, and may change.

We take care to describe villas accurately, but details are supplied by third parties and we can’t guarantee they are complete or error-free. If something matters to you, please ask and we’ll check.

4. Photography on this site

Images on our destination, collection and editorial pages illustrate places and styles of travel. Unless an image is clearly identified as a specific property, it does not depict a villa available through Ciao Villa.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your trip and group.
• Review the provider’s terms before booking.
• Hold valid passports, visas and any required travel documents.
• Arrange suitable travel insurance. We strongly recommend it.
• Respect house rules, occupancy limits and local regulations during your stay.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ciao Villa is not responsible for the acts or omissions of villa owners, managers, suppliers or other third parties, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The content of this site, including text and design, belongs to Ciao Villa or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, scrape or republish it without permission.
